Features and Benefits

Plumbing
Straight forward user friendly plug and play plumbing systems. With nearly 20 years of experience, we have fine tuned the plumbing process into a robust, rock solid, logical platform ensuring optimal results for all of our espresso and food service lines. Some features are partially to show off a bit such as the slide out sink compartments, and partially for added functionality such as our low profile p-trap assemblies and portable fresh and waste water tanks that do not break the backs of the staff that is operating the cart. We are the pioneers in this industry and lead the way through unique innovations within these elements. Why go with a company that's still trying to figure it out when you have the option of going through the experts.
Design specifications that make sense
We keep into consideration the versatility by nature an espresso and food service cart needs to entail. There is no point in designing a cart that will not be able to fit through a standard single doorway. These are supposed to be mobile concessions, which means being able to be placed in the maximum possible locations, both indoors and out, and if you choose that running your own espresso or food service cart is not your cup of tea, these resell nicely due to that element alone.  Sure we can build wider, longer carts, in fact, any option or feature you desire can be implemented upon request, but there is a logic and a reason we have fine tuned our carts in the manner specified through our regular lines. We also are the first company to implement swivel lock casters as a standard feature for our full size cart lines, these industrial strength wheels allow the cart to be transported in two different fashions. While being locked into place, the end casters remain within a fixed position for transporting with ease over inclines, when they are released, the cart will pivot 360 degrees to maneuver through tight areas that other carts would find physically impossible to navigate through.
Our experience as manufacturers
We are not the new kids on the block, we do not boast about elements which clearly are inadequate. Why choose a company that's still figuring it out? Even from the very beginning, we were obsessed over quality.  In fact, as of September 2008, we are currently refinishing an espresso cart we manufactured while under a different company name that has been in service since 1989, the bulk of which only requires extensive cleaning, this long term approach is what we are all about.  Our legacy is what we produce and we are reluctant to take short cuts in any area. We also listen to our clients and focus along what they are preferring. Trim on the counter for example, even though hardwood was the standard back in the early days and we still offer it, our clients have taken note of the huge benefits for our style of trim, for sanitation, safety, lowest maintenance and durability factors.
Consulting
We consult any individual or operation that desires to lean upon our experience, regardless if they have purchased anything from us.  We'll even point you to some of our reputable competitors to help you steer clear of companies that are still trying to figure it out, or worse, misleading people just to make a buck.  We are very serious about the information that is freely given out, knowing full well the direction we guide you through will make or break your operation. With our paying clients, a 2 hour phone consultation is entirely inadequate, we want your operation to be successful and we bend over backwards to make sure that happens.  Our field of expertise covers allot more areas then simply manufacturing, we can guide you through inception, helping you build your business plan, financing, finding a good location, setting up your web presence, marketing, making sense of the codes and procedures you will face and any obstacle that needs to be addressed.  From a raw idea to retirement, we are there for our clients all the way.
We have earned respect in this industry
We did not simply arrive on the scene because we threw some money at the company and artificially forced our way onto the search engines.  The current owner of the company was originally an employee of Espresso Outfitters, his perspective stems from the very core of his company, the guys building, the people answering the phones, the supply department, the web presence, every department of his operation, he has not only excelled with in person, he's able to oversee the operation in a unique manner, even the guy sweeping the floor gets the same amount of respect as the lead sales and marketing person. This hands on approach ensures consistent, unmatched quality and very happy, well taken care of staff that delight in working under his wing, for they know what they build represents the company and our clients in a very intimate manner. We will recommend the best possible direction to go for your company when it comes time to make a purchase from us. We simply do not want to just sell you something that clearly is not a perfect fit for your operation, and in many cases, the more expensive lines are not the best fit, especially for those simply doing light espresso catering and are on a tight start up budget.
