Getting started is an easy
process, once we receive an order, construction literally begins as soon
as the funds clear our account, we urge you to give us a call regardless
especially if you need to place a rush order since you are on a strict
time frame or just want to talk to a real person prior to ordering you
are welcomed to call us. Below is how the process works,
the time frames are what is typical, but during different times of the
year, we have to revise them due to the volume being handled, so reference
the PRICES page
for the most current updates, terms and time frames in that area.
Decide upon a design/model you are
going with, custom projects "highly welcomed" have to be discussed over
the phone and detailed prior to any order, the general typical maximum
time frame for some of our lines to complete are set up in the tables below,
following it is a break down of what most of our lines require typically
time frame wise to construct, in all cases all deadlines are not only met,
in most cases are completed ahead of time, we just keep certain windows
open to accommodate suppliers and being able to reorganize into building
in larger unexpected volumes should that be the case. The below tables
should give you a good idea as to how our standard production quota is
time framed and contracted term wise to complete, ready for the shipper
to pick up from our shop to deliver to any North American location:

Shipping takes anywhere from 5 -10 days
depending upon your location, you are also free to pick it up directly.
After we have agreed upon what needs to be assembled and are on the same
page for everything we post a downloadable, printable invoice and contract
customized with your information and any special information to our server
in a directory only you have access to for your convenience. We also
create a folder for your exclusive use on our server, we post updates, photo's
showing progress of the order during literal construction and generally
use this as your own personal portal and walk through of our shop to give
you a more exclusive, direct, hands on view of the progress as first
hand as possible, if you are local, by all means, feel free to drop by
the shop to see how things are going.
After we receive your information,
we'll follow up via. email and over the phone in order to secure your exact
vision and order, this is not a binding contract, just clarifies what is
being requested. From there we'll have the data necessary in order
to set up a formal invoice/contract and elaborate upon what is relevant
and most beneficial with your scenario, we cater to the clients individual
needs regardless of fiscal incentive, we want you to succeed and come back
