The purpose of a 3 compartment sink is to wash, rinse and sanitize, the codes are there for a reason, you just do not need to go in debt over compliance with our version of sink lines designed to accommodate them.

We are able to keep the end costs down by simply adjusting 3 seperate hotel pans, so when combined into the counter function as a 3 compartment sink, designed to pass the inspections.

This plumbing system is designed for inclusion within trailers, drive thru's, espresso and food service carts and anywhere you need a mobile, self contained food service concession with a hand sink or if you just would like to keep everything self contained, not having to integrate into your buildings existing plumbing system.

This NSF approved system is so easy to install, you can fire your plumber and do it yourself without needing any formal training, everything is set up upon quick disconnect assemblies so there is no clamping at all making it essentially plug and play. Codes are exceeded while remaining practical to the purpose of its function.

This system is expandable to easily integrate into your other equipment equally as adding into the 3 compartment sink configurations I am also presently selling on Ebay, see my other items for sale in regards to those.

We have pre plumbed everything as much as possible taking the guess work out of the job insuring there are no leaks to have to trouble shoot. This is the same plumbing system we use for our award winning espresso carts and no corners have been cut in this configuration insuring everything not only goes smoothly, it will function correctly in a commercial setting. All of the relevant NSF and UL codes have been met by all componentry.
